Returns & Exchanges

LEMAIRE offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authentication cards are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our workshop inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
